Course Description:

These comprehensive electrical training courses fully meet the certification requirements of Part P schemes and are aimed at non-electrical and electrical persons wishing to up skill or re-train. The aim of the courses is to provide a level of competence, which will allow work to be safely and efficiently carried out on Electrical Equipment and Systems all within a 4 or 6 week period. A 4 week course which gives you the foundation knowledge you need to commence working as a domestic electrician. The courses are a mixture of both practical work and theoretical study, with the emphasis being put on as much practical as possible. This course can be supplemented to a 6 week course with additional modules to enhance your existing skills and therefore widen your market. The course comprising of: Module 1 - Basic Electrical Generic Module Module 2 - Domestic Electrical Part 1:- Domestic Wiring Circuit City and Guilds 2382-10 - 17th Edition Wiring Regulations City and Guilds 2377-12 - Portable Appliance Testing City and Guilds 2391-10 - Inspection and Testing City and Guilds 2392-10 - Fundamental Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification City and Guilds 2393-10 - Certificate in the Building Regulations for Electrical installations in Dwellings Optional Qualification: Emta Awards Limited (EAL) Certificate for Domestic Electrical Installers NOTE - These Courses offer Nationally Recognised Qualifications Essential in the Workplace
